1. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES Due to the highly technical, artisanal, and custom-dressed nature of our small-batch formulas—including our hand-poured 7-Day Sovereign Acceleration Engines, botanical matrices, and custom-blended apothecary fluids—all sales are final. Once a transaction is authorized at checkout, we do not accept returns, issue financial refunds, or permit item exchanges under any circumstances.

 

2. COMPLIANCE & SATISFACTION VERIFICATION Every physical asset undergoes rigorous, pristine quality-assurance inspection before secure shipment packing via UPS Ground. By executing your payment signature, you acknowledge and agree that you are acquiring these items as Curios for environmental, symbolic, and meditation entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee specific psychological, financial, or situational outcomes.

 

3. DAMAGE DURING DISPATCH In the rare event that a glass vessel is physically fractured during transit logistics, you must submit high-definition photographic proof of the unopened, damaged asset to orders@powerfulvisionco.com within forty-eight (48) hours of package delivery to authorize a systemic replacement component.
